Terms of Use of the Affiliate Program

This is the complete terms and conditions of the LinkPro24 affiliate program.
 

To begin the participation, you need to submit a completed program application through our website (Registration). We will evaluate your account in good faith to ensure you comply with all our rules and agreements. We may reject your account if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, if your site incorporates images or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement.

The terms of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice.

As an affiliate website of LinkPro24, you may use any form of promotion you choose, consistent with the terms of this Agreement. You may use banner advertisements, button links and/or text links to our site conditioned that they will generate unique traffic. That is, promotion of links to coupon codes or promos offered on LinkPro24 site cannot be regarded as an affiliate activity because users already know about LinkPro24 services  and may search for coupons on other sites and resources for getting a discount. However, you shall not SPAM, otherwise it will result in your immediate termination from the program and your forfeiting of monies you hereunder.

You get a commission based on the below rates scheme:

• User registration – US $1
• Listing added under Bronze package – US $2
• Listing added under Silver package – US $5
• Listing added under Gold package – US $10
• And other events eligible for a commission

Please note that it is forbidden to incentive commissions and offer any type of incentive to obtain a sale.
The rates of the commissions are subject to change.

Commissions will be paid to you directly by LinkPro24.com after a holding period (2 months) and in accordance with a payout cycle established by LinkPro24.com and particular amount due. No commission will be paid for orders by you, your relatives, or anyone within your organization. LinkPro24  reserves the right to only pay for referrals that are active. Active is defined by LinkPro24  clients with active legal accounts on LinkPro24 classifieds website and who didn't requested refund or used stolen credit cards or any other forms of illegal fraudulent ways to use  services .
 

You will be responsible for operation of your site and for any materials and content that appear on your site. We are not responsible for any content and maintaining of your web site.
 

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion without notice.
 

By participating in this affiliate program, you agree to binding arbitration for any disputes or claims that arise against LinkPro24.com Ltd or its subsidiaries in conjunction with this program. An arbitration firm selected by LinkPro24.com Ltd will be the sole and final arbitrator for any and all disputes or claims related or resulting from participation in this program. All decisions rendered are final. You also are responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.
